MOUNTAIN RED- Chinese Oriental Signature Seal Stone - Cylindrical

Belonging to the Shoushan Seal Stone family, the Mountain Red Seal Stone is the stone that comes in a natural red color with a good softness for carving. This softness is one of the characteristics this stone is famous for - even being a stone and supposed to be hard - its surface is so smooth in your hand that it feels warm and alive after a few moments when holding it.
This stone is smooth and easy to carve. We highly recommend this product to you if you are looking for a daily-use seal stone or you are looking for stones to practice seal carving. This speciman is shaped like a cylinder with a round base which would be nice for zodiacs. The color is a dark hue of red going to brown.
